Amending an Order in Council Appointing Non-Elective Members
of the South Canterbury Catchment Board

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 3 August 1949 and published in Gazette, 4 August 1949, Volume II, page 1626, as amended by the Order in Council dated 27 September 1961 and published in Gazette, 28 September 1961, No. 61, page 1483, appointing non-elective members of the South Canterbury Catchment Board, by deleting the words “Farm Advisory Officer, Department of Agriculture, Timaru.”

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to
Mount Richmond State Forest Park—Nelson Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, the Administrator of the Government, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
3.886 hectares, more or less, being Section 10, Block IX, Onamalutu Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 1379, as shown on plan O28/8, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 6036).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 27th day of June 1983.

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, the Administrator of the Government, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the North-West Nelson State Forest Park.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—GOLDEN BAY COUNTY
8.3500 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 10221, Block IX, Aorere Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 5D, folio 224 (cancelled).
4.7862 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 10221, Block IX, Aorere Survey District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 5D, folio 225 (cancelled).
All New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 1376, as shown on plan M25/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Appointing a Non-Elective Member of the South Canterbury
Catchment Board

PURSUANT to section 44 of the Soil Conversation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, the Administrator of the Government, on the advice of the Minister of Works and Development, hereby appoint:
Allan Stanley Brown, an officer of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries
as a non-elective member of the South Canterbury Catchment Board for a period of 3 years from the date of this appointment.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government this 24th day of June 1983.

Revocation of Deputy Harbourmaster
I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller Marine Administration, pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1963, hereby revoke the appointment of
Raymond John Slater
as a senior ranger for the waters of Deep Cove and Doubtful Sound Harbour for the purposes of the Harbours Act 1950.
