CORRIGENDUM
Consents to Generation of Electricity by the Use of Water

IN the notice of the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 May 1983, No. 71, page 1655 paragraph 11 should read:

11. If at any time during the continuance of the consent the grantee fails or neglects to observe, perform, and comply with any of the provisions in the consent expressly or by implication contained, or otherwise makes default in complying with the terms of the consent, then the Minister may forthwith by notice in writing to the grantee revoke and determine the consent.

and paragraph (d) of the Schedule should read:

(d) A 3385 m race connecting the tail race of the Argyle Powerhouse to a headpond at the Wairau Powerhouse hereinafter mentioned and an emergency spillway.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, the Administrator of the Government, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in The Lake County Council, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with road diversion and shall vest in The Lake County Council, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of July 1983.
