State Forest Land Set Apart as a Dedicated Area—Raepahu
Fernbird Ecological Area—Auckland Conservancy

Pursuant to section 15 of the Forests Act 1949 (as inserted by
section 2 of the Forests Amendment Act 1973, and amended by
section 5 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), the Minister of
Forests hereby gives notice that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart and dedicated for the purposes of protecting
and preserving the habitat of the fernbird (Bowdleria punctata). The
area so dedicated will known as the Raepahu Fernbird Ecological
Area.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAITOMO DISTRICT
132 hectares, more or less, being part Section 2, Block XV,
Pakaumaru Survey District, part New Zealand Gazette, 1947, page

Conservancy

New Zealand Forest Service, acting pursuant to a delegation from
the Minister of Forests hereby sets apart as State forest land with
effect from the date of publication hereof, the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section 25 (2) of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of
Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and
   Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 14.
   (2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the
   1st day of September 1981.

2. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances
   Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allow-
   ances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 12) is hereby revoked and the
   Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted thereof.

3. The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980,
   Amendment No. 12* is hereby consequentially revoked.

Sale of Bay of Plenty Harbour Board Land

I, George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained
the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section
143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to
section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (i) of the said Act, the
sale of land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Bay of Plenty
Harbour Board pursuant to section 143c of the said Act and I specify
that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

All that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of South
Auckland, being Allotment 215, Apata Parish on Survey Office Plan
18315, Block II, Aongatete Survey District, containing 4600 square

Approval of Motorcycle Riding School

Pursuant to regulations 19D (5) of the Motor Drivers Regulations
1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the motorcycle
riding schools listed in the Schedule hereto to the effect that they
may issue certificates of riding instruction to enable a person to
obtain a full licence to drive a motorcycle in accordance with
regulation 19D of the said regulations:

Coast, South Island, conducted under the auspices of the New
Zealand Defensive Driving Council and operating within the

The Traffic (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1983

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mount Herbert County)
Notice No. 1, 1983.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of sec-
tion 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby
declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to
regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
