It is hereby declared that after the seventh season of water availability, charges shall be subject to annual adjustment (from the end of the above season of supply) to compensate for any differences in any element of these charges from the amount previously estimated as stated under sections 209 and 211 of the Public Works Act 1981.

All land within the boundaries of the Puketotara Irrigation District occupied by any occupier which equals or exceeds an aggregate area of 2 hectares as at the date of this notice shall be included and form part of that Irrigation District for the duration of the scheme.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WATER SUPPLY WORKS
THE Puketotara Irrigation Scheme headworks comprise firstly the diversions, impoundments and storage works on the Waiwhakangarongaro Stream; secondly, the conveying waterworks including weirs and pipes that take water to the start of the reticulation works and thirdly, the pressure boosting works necessary to maintain the minimum supply pressure.
The off-orchard works comprise the piped reticulation and associated works necessary to distribute irrigation water to orchard boundaries. The said works include all dams, reservoirs, weirs, pipes, valves, pumps, metres, and all other works incidental to or required for the construction, maintenance, and control of the said works for the irrigation of the district.
SECOND SCHEDULE
PUKETOTARA IRRIGATION DISTRICT
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern side of Lodore Road, being the south-western corner of Section 43, Block IV, Omapiere Survey District and proceeding northerly generally along the western boundary of Section 43 to peg VIII, S.O. Plan 50962; thence easterly along a right line across Section 43 to the southernmost corner of Section 4, Block I, Kawakawa Survey District and the last boundary produced across an unnamed road to and easterly generally along the eastern side of that unnamed road to and southerly along the generally south-western boundary of Crown land reserved from sale under section 58, Land Act 1948, to and southerly along the western boundary of part Section 9, Block X, Kawakawa Survey District, shown on D.P. 25587, to and south-easterly along the generally north-eastern and eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 67616 and the north-western and south-western along the generally north-western side of Waimate North Road to and westerly along the northern side of Wiroa Road and Lodore Road to the point of commencement.

ORDER IN COUNCIL

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board Foreshore, Seabed and Waters Control Order 1983.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1983.
- Interpretation—In this order—
“The Act” means the Harbours Act 1950:
“The Board” means the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board constituted under the Reserves Act 1977.
“Foreshore” means such parts of the bed, shore, or banks of a tidal water as are covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at ordinary spring tides.

Grant of Control—There is hereby granted to the Board for a period of 21 years from the 1st day of July 1983 and ending with the 30th day of June 2004, control of the foreshore, seabed and waters described in the Schedule to this order.

Conditions of Grant—The grant of control conferred by clause 3 of this order is subject to the following conditions—
(a) Suitably worded signs shall be erected at main public access ways to the foreshore, seabed and waters described in the Schedule to this order indicating that control of them has been granted to the Board pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Act.
(b) All money received by the Board in the performance or exercise of the functions, duties, or powers conferred on it by this order in respect of the foreshore, seabed and waters to which this order applies, shall, after the deduction of any expenditure incurred by the Board in the performance or exercise of those functions, duties, or powers, be applied to the construction, repair or improvement of facilities in respect of that foreshore, seabed and waters and not otherwise.
SCHEDULE
ALL those areas of foreshore, seabed and waters adjacent to Paparangi Point and Rimariki Island on the east coast of the County of Whangarei, bounded by a line commencing at mean high water at the western extremity of Lot 1, D.P. 89739, North Auckland Land District, being approximately latitude 35° 26’ 05” longitude 174° 23’ 05” and proceeding due north for a distance of 1000 metres, thence proceeding initially in a generally easterly direction to a point 1000 metres due north of Ngataurau Rock, thence to a point 1000 metres due north of the northern extremity of Rimariki Island, thence in a south-easterly direction to a point 1000 metres due east of Motuwhariki Island, thence in a generally south-westerly direction to a point 1000 metres due east of the eastern extremity of Otawhanga Island, thence at a point on a bearing of 59° 02’ 40” and distance of 1000 metres from the south-eastern boundary of Te Ruatahi 2A Block, thence in a generally south-westerly direction to a point at mean high water at the south-eastern boundary of the aforementioned Te Ruatahi 2A Block, being approximately latitude 35° 27’ 45” longitude 174°25’ 55”, thence along the line of mean high water ordinary spring tides initially in a northerly direction and proceeding along that mark to the point of commencement as more particularly shown on plan MD 16165, deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

ROYAL N.Z. ARMOURED CORPS
Lieutenant (temp. Captain) B. Meldrum to be Colonel and is transferred to the Colonels’ List, with seniority from 1 June 1982 and effect from 2 May 1983.
THE CORPS OF ROYAL N.Z. ENGINEERS
Lieutenant (temp. Captain) Arthur James Conely Hague is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, in the rank of Captain, with effect from 15 May 1983.
Lieutenant (temp. Captain) and Quartermaster Michael Thomas Robinson is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, in the rank of Captain and Quartermaster, with effect from 17 May 1983.
