CORRIGENDUM
Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 May, No. 66, page 1566, opening paragraph should read:
PURSUANT to section 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 22 April 1983 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Wyndham Park Tavern, Auckland.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MANGONUI COUNTY
2.1372 hectares, more or less, being Sections 13, Block XIV, Takahue Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1906, page 689. S.O. Plan 12959.

The Puketotara Irrigation Order 1983

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 13th day of June 1983
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Puketotara Irrigation Order 1983.

The Minister of Works and Development is hereby authorised to construct, maintain and control the water supply works described in the First Schedule hereto to serve the district described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The area of land described in the said Second Schedule is hereby constituted as an irrigation district to be known as the Puketotara Irrigation District (herein referred to as “the district”).

It is hereby declared that the annual basic charge payable in respect of irrigable land within the district and served by the scheme shall be $50 per hectare.

The annual water availability charge payable in respect of water supplied shall be $40 per 1000 cubic metres ($120 per hectare). This will entitle the occupier to use up to 3.5 mm per day over the area, subject to a water availability agreement, and up to a total of 3000 cubic metres per hectare in any irrigation.

The annual basic charge and the water availability charge shall be reduced for the first six seasons of supply as shown in the Third Schedule hereto.
