Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes between Kapuni and Opunake (Opunake Branch) and Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 16th day of June 1983.
