Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block V, Awhitu
Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road
described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Allotment 286, Awhitu Parish, shall vest in Nellie
McConnell of Waiuku, widow, subject to memorandum of
mortgage No. 114771.5.

(ii) Allotment 287, Awhitu Parish, shall vest in John Leonard
Cooper of Pollok, farmer, subject to memoranda of
mortgage Nos. A537121 and 745756.1.

(iii) Allotments 288, 289, and 290, Awhitu Parish, shall vest in
John Scott Morel Massey, of Pollok, farmer, and Margaret
Joan Massey, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block VIII,
Newcastle Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Waikato
County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
and declares that:

(i) The area firstly described, now known as Allotment
361, Komokarau Parish, shall vest in Brian Perry
Aggregates Limited, a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Hamilton, subject to memoranda of
mortgage H. 198937 and H. 326742.6, South Auckland
Land Registry.

(ii) The areas secondly and thirdly described, now
known as Allotments 362 and 363, Komokarau Parish, shall
vest in Heather Marion Coombes, widow, Harvey John
Coombes, sharemilker, both of Hamilton, and Lance Alan
Coombes of Te Kowhai, farmer, as executors of the will of

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in the
County of Pohangina

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, agreements to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest
in The Pohangina County Council on the 16th day of June
1983.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto
to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
No. 18C/1322, subject to memoranda of mortgages 687612,
247871.3, 247871.6, 247871.7, 247871.8 and statutory land
charge 104210.1.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume
153, folio 106, subject to statutory land charge 231642.1
and memorandum of mortgage 112868.5.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act
1981 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate
