Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road
Stopped in Blocks XII and XVI, Patarau Survey District, Golden
Bay County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
17th day of March 1982 and published in Gazette, 25 March 1982,
No. 34, at page 1017, declaring land to be road and road stopped
in Blocks XII and XVI, Patarau Survey District, Golden Bay County,
by omitting paragraph (b) from the preamble and substituting the
following paragraph:

“(b) Pursuant to Section 116, declares the portion of road described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.”

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block VIII,
Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 117(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road
described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Athol John Blagrove,
of Pataua, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. A611126,
A611128, and 522781.1, North Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister

Land Declared to be Road, Land Taken, and Road Stopped in
Block IX, Atiamuri Survey District, Taupo County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Taupo
County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 49662, now
known as Section 79, Block IX, Atiamuri Survey District,
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 2A/504, subject to memoranda of mortgage H.
140235.4 and H. 140235.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The areas marked ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 49661 and ‘I’
on S.O. Plan 49662 now known respectively as Sections
76 and 80, Block IX, Atiamuri Survey District, shall be
dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119 (1).

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares that:

(i) The area of stopped road marked ‘F’ in the Second
Schedule hereto and the areas of land taken marked ‘D’
and ‘E’ in the Third Schedule hereto, now known as Section
77, Block IX, Atiamuri Survey District, shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2A/504,
subject to memoranda of title H. 140235.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area of stopped road marked ‘C’ in the Second
Schedule and the area of land taken marked ‘B’ in the
Third Schedule, now known as Section 81, Block IX,
Atiamuri Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the
land in certificate of title No. 2A/504, subject to
memoranda of mortgage H. 140235.4 and H. 140235.5,
South Auckland Land Registry.
