Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Kindergarten in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 8th day of October 1982, and published in New Zealand Gazette, of 21 October 1982, No. 123, at page 3470 declaring land acquired for a kindergarten in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County by deleting the following—
“for a kindergarten and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st day of October 1982.”
