PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which land shall vest in the Cromwell Borough Council and hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be service lane which land shall vest in The Cromwell Borough Council.
