PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the part of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 29, Block III, Ngatapa Survey District) shall be vested in Warwick John Tombleson of Gisborne, sheepfarmer.

Land and Airspace Acquired for Motorway Purposes in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for motorway purposes and the airspace described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for motorway purposes and the land in both Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the 2nd day of June 1983.
