Declaring a Drainage Easement to be Under the Control and Management of the Land Settlement Board in the Borough of Tuakau

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that the control and management of the benefit of the drainage easement over the land described in the Schedule hereto held by the Crown for a public school by virtue of the proclamation dated 5 July 1962 published in the Gazette, No. 47 of 26 July 1962 at page 1178, and registered as No. 19191, North Auckland Land Registry, shall be under the control and management of the Land Settlement Board.
