Adding Land to Abel Tasman National Park

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of May 1983
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. D. MACINTYRE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, be a national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of the Abel Tasman National Park.

Conciliator of Industrial Conciliation Service Reappointed
PURSUANT to section 63 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, has been pleased to reappoint

as a conciliator of the Industrial Conciliation Service for a further term of 3 years, commencing on the 27th day of May 1983.

PURSUANT to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right Hon. Sir Ronald Keith Davison, G.B.E., C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, has this day appointed
Mr Cyril Elliot Clark, Secretary of the Law Society, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania to be a Commissioner of the High Court of New Zealand in Tasmania for the purpose of administering and taking of oaths, affidavits and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
