In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 57, 28 April 1983, page 1329, the word By-Product should be read as byproduct. The word by-product in the Schedule should be read as byproduct and the word by-products as byproducts.

CORRIGENDUM
Sale of Liquor Act

In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 April, No. 57, page 1333, paragraph (a) should read:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

CORRIGENDUM
Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying Otanerua Scenic Reserve dated 19 September 1978 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1978, No. 84, page 2723, by omitting from the body of the said notice “subject to the provisions of the said Act” and inserting in its place “subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.”

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 63B (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of Rimutaka State Forest Park by a proclamation published in the Gazette, 1972, page 1642, hereby ceases to be part of Rimutaka State Forest Park as from the date of publication hereof.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HUTT COUNTY

49.4400 hectares, more or less, being Section 3, Block VI, Pencarrow Survey District. Part of New Zealand Gazette, 1972, page 1641 (Transfer Doc. 865440).

59.6100 hectares, more or less, being Section 110, Wainuiomata District, situated in Block VI, Pencarrow Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 21A, folio 861, limited as to parcels. Part of New Zealand Gazette, 1972, page 1641.

As shown on plan Nos. R27/4 and 5, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington (S.O. Plans 33427 and 33428).
