New Plymouth City Council Electricity Temporary Supply Licence 1983
- Hugh Campbell Templeton, a member of the Executive Council acting for and on behalf of William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, and acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to New Plymouth City Council to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.
This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:
CONDITIONS

This licence may be cited as the New Plymouth City Council Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1983.

The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976 shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (j) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976. The system of supply authorised under paragraph (j) aforesaid shall be a 2-wire direct-current system at a normal rated voltage of 550 volts, neither pole in contact with earth, for supply to the licensees trackless trolley omnibuses.

This temporary licence, issued under section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968 shall be in force for a period beginning on the 1st day of April 1983 and ending with the 31st day of March 1985 or the earlier issue of a licence under section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area as described in the Gazette, 1962, at page 1239 and as shown on the plan marked NZE 585, deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.

Palmerston North City Council Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1983
- Hugh Campbell Templeton, a member of the Executive Council acting for and on behalf of William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, and acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to Palmerston North City Council to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.

Hamilton City Council Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1983
- Hugh Campbell Templeton, a member of the Executive Council acting for and on behalf of William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, and acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to Hamilton City Council to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.
This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:
