Revocation of Notice for the Control and Management of a
Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands, hereby
revokes the notice dated 28 June 1979, and published in New
Zealand Gazette, No. 67, 26 July 1979, page 2223, cancelling the
vesting of control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto
in the Whangarei County Council and appointing the Bay of Islands
Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the
reserve.

Amending Notice to the Open Season for Game in the Auckland
and Waitaki Valley Acclimatisation Districts

THE Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice
published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 21 of 6 March 1980 at
page 677 and page 681 relating to the open season for game in
certain acclimatisation districts is amended as follows.

In that portion of the Second Schedule which relates to the
Auckland Acclimatisation District:

Delete:
