Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying Lot 10, D.P. 17513, dated 21 February 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 April 1983, No. 49, page 1076 by omitting from the said notice “a reserve for recreation purposes” in the body of the Gazette and inserting in its place “a reserve for local purpose (esplanade)”.

Naming of Reserve

Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration That the Said Land be Subject to the Provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands, hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife management), and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.
