Land Acquired for Road in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Auckland City Council on the 12th day of May 1983.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as local purpose (road) reserves over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Papatoetoe City Council on the 14th day of December 1982:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Papatoetoe City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said City in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Te Awamutu Borough Council
