Land Acquired Subject to Certain Rights for the Purposes of the Education Act 1964 (Administration Building) in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the rights of way created by Deed Nos. 12949, 15620, 16662 and 13312, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for the purposes of the Education Act 1964 (administration building) and shall vest in the Crown on the 12th day of May 1983.
