thence on a bearing of 209° 13' to a point on the northern boundary of part Pouakani 2 Block,
as shown on S.O. Plan 20496²; thence south-westerly, along a right line bearing 209° 13½',
to and generally southerly along the general western boundaries of part Pouakani 2 Block,
crossing the intervening Ranginui Block Road and State Highway 30, to and along the northern
and western boundaries of Section 1, Block XVI, Ranginui Survey District and part Pouakani
B11 Block to the north-eastern corner of part Maraeroa A3A Block; thence westerly along the
boundary, crossing State Highway 30, to its intersection, in Block IV, Pakanui Survey District,
