    and again along the southern boundary of Allotment 324 to the south-western corner of Lot 1,
    D.P. S. 30442; thence south-easterly along that boundary and the middle of that stream to a
    point in line with the northern boundary of the said Lot 1, D.P. S. 30442; thence generally
    westerly to and along that boundary, the eastern and northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 26903
    and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 23397 and the last-mentioned boundary
    produced to a point in line with the eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. S. 100; thence generally
    northerly to and along that boundary, including therein Section 8, Block X, Tauranga Survey
    District and the easternmost corner of Paengaroa part 2 situated in Block II, Horohoro
    Survey District, being a point on the eastern boundary of Matamata Electorate hereinbefore
    described; thence generally northerly along the eastern boundary of the Matamata and Waikato
    Electorates hereinbefore described to the point of commencement, including herein Mayor and
    Motiti Islands and other islands adjoining these and the areas hereinbefore described, excluding
    herefrom the Tauranga Electorate hereinafter described.

TAURANGA

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern boundary of
Lot 1, D.P. 25114, and the mean high water mark of the shore of the Tauranga Harbour,
in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District, and proceeding generally northerly and easterly along
the shore of the said harbour, to the western boundary of Section 755, Block VI, Tauranga
Survey District; thence generally northerly, easterly, and southerly along the shore of the
Tauranga Harbour and the shore of the Waiatarua Estuary, to the north-eastern boundary of the
East Coast Main Trunk Railway; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the north-western
corner of Allotment 420 of Section 1, Town of Tauranga; thence north-easterly along the north-
western boundary of that allotment to a boundary peg bearing 296°13', distance 7.05 metres
from I.S. S.O. 18248; thence north-easterly along a right line for a distance of 61.7 metres
to a point on the eastern boundary of the aforesaid Allotment 420, being a point on the mean
high water mark of the shore of the Tauranga Harbour; thence generally southerly along that
shore, to the southernmost corner of Allotment 887, Section 2, Town of Tauranga, situated
in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District; thence due west to the middle of Turret Road; thence
generally southerly along the middle of that road to its production to a point in line with
the middle of Wickham Place; thence north-easterly to and along the middle of Wickham Place
and that middle line produced to the middle of Highway 2; thence again north-easterly
along the middle of that highway to a point in line with the middle of a parcel of closed
street, as shown on S.O. 46682; thence generally south-easterly to and along the middle of
the said parcel and the middle of Hammond Street to a point in line with the southern boundary
of part Maungatapu 1A4B Block; thence south-easterly along right lines parallel to the
southmost boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 28522 and the last-mentioned right line
produced to the middle of the Kaitemako Stream; thence generally north-easterly down the
middle of that stream to its intersection with the mean high water mark of the Tauranga Harbour;
thence generally easterly along that mean high water mark to the southern boundary of Ranginui
Road, to a point 50.29 metres east of the generally eastern side of the said road; thence generally
southerly along right lines 50.29 metres from and parallel to, the generally eastern side of the
said Ranginui Road and the last-mentioned right line produced to the middle of Welcome Bay
Road; thence generally along the middle of that road to a point due north of the
easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 8906; thence southerly to and along the eastern
boundary of that Lot 1 to its southern corner; thence generally westerly along a right
line in line with the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 4805; thence westerly to and along that
boundary to the south-western corner of the said Lot 1; thence northerly along the eastern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 20914 and westerly along the northern boundaries of that Lot
and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the north-east boundary of part Kaimai
Block situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District; thence south-westerly along the south-
eastern boundary of the said Te Orewa Block to the southern corner of that block; thence again
south-westerly along a right line across the Kaitimako Stream to the northern corner of part Kaitemako
C Block; thence again south-westerly along the north-western boundary of that allotment and its
production to a point in line with the southern boundary of part Lot 5, D.P. 14524; thence
to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of Ohauiti Road; thence northerly
along the middle of that road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 3, D.P.
36314; thence westerly and northerly to and along the southern and western boundaries of
that lot, and northerly along the western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. S. 5063, to the south-eastern
corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 22615; thence northerly and northerly to and along the western
boundary of that lot and the last-mentioned lot; thence northerly along the middle of that road
to its production to the middle of Poike Road; thence westerly along the middle of that road to
the middle of State Highway 29; thence generally westerly along the middle of that highway
to the middle of the Kopurererua Stream; thence generally northerly along the middle of
that stream to the north-western boundary of Allotment 785, Parish of Te Puna, Lot 7, D.P.
S. 24352, and again along the southern boundary of Allotment 324 to the south-western corner
of Lot 1, D.P. S. 30442; thence south-easterly along that boundary and the middle of that
stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of the said Lot 1, D.P. S. 30442; thence
generally westerly to and along that boundary, the eastern and northern boundary of Lot 1,
D.P. S. 26903 and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 23397 and the last-mentioned
boundary produced to a point in line with the eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. S. 100;
thence generally northerly to and along that boundary, including therein Section 8, Block X,
Tauranga Survey District, known as Motuopuhi (Rat) Island.

TARAWERA

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the middle of the mouth of the Whakatane
River and proceeding generally southerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with
the southern boundary of Allotment 311, Rangitaiki Parish, situated in Block IX, Whakatane
Survey District; thence westerly to and along the said southern boundary of Allotment 311,
a right line across White Pine Bush Road and to and along the southern boundary of Allotment
32N Rangitaiki Parish, crossing the intervening Taneatua Branch Railway, to the north-western
corner of Allotment 32N aforesaid; thence generally south-westerly along the western
boundary of Allotment 32N aforesaid to the middle of the Whakatane River; thence generally
southerly along the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of the
southern boundaries of part Allotments 32E5B and 32G, Rangitaiki Parish to the south-western
corner of said Allotment 32G; thence generally south-westerly along the southern
boundary of Allotment 32F Section B, Rangitaiki Parish, the eastern and southern boundaries
of part Allotment 32H1, Rangitaiki Parish, and the southern boundary of Allotment 32H2,
Rangitaiki Parish, to the middle of a public road; thence generally southerly along the middle
of that road to its intersection with the middle of another public road; thence generally
northmost end; thence westerly along the northern end of that public road and the northern
boundaries of Omataroa Rangitaiki No. 1 to the southernmost corner of Allotment 11C
Rangitaiki Parish; thence northerly along the south-western boundaries of Allotments 11C
and part 11 Rangitaiki Parish and Lot 1, D.P. S. 23061 and the production of that boundary
to the middle of the Rangitaiki River; thence generally northerly down the middle of that
river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. S. 31500; thence generally
westerly to and along the generally northern boundaries of Lots 5, 4, 3, and 2, D.P. S. 31500
and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Western Drain Road; thence
generally south-westerly along the middle of Western Drain Road, and the middle of State
Highway 30 to the middle of the Rangitaiki River; thence generally northerly along the middle
of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 12302, situated in Block X
Rangitaiki Upper Survey District; thence westerly to and along that boundary and the southern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 12302 and that boundary produced across Tahuna Road to the
eastern boundary of part Allotment 119, Matata Parish, thence south-westerly along a right
line to the south-east corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 9041; thence northerly along the eastern
boundary of that Lot 1 and its production to the middle of State Highway 30; thence generally
westerly along the middle of that highway to its intersection with the middle of a public road;
thence southerly along the middle of that road to its intersection with the production of the
southern boundary of Section 36, Block IX, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District; thence westerly
to and along that boundary and the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. S. 2478 and that boundary
