Classification of Parts of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that part of a reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(a) of the said Act, and further, declares that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
