A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

49.6510 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 5532, situated in Block VIII, Herenga Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 923. New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 692.

Subject to water rights and rights incidental thereto over part Lot 2 herein appurtenant to the land in certificate of title, Volume 50, folio 244, created by Transfer 22889.

Appurtenant hereto is a right of way over part Lot 1, D.P. 5532, certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 922, created by Transfer 108721.

Subject to a right to convey water over part Lot 2, herein appurtenant to Lot 1, D.P. 5532 (certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 922), created by Transfer 108721.

As shown on plan O27/21 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
