EX PARTE—THE PACKAGE EXPRESS COMPANY LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for an order that AIR
CHARTER CHRISTCHURCH LIMITED be wound up by the Court or
for such other order (whether under section 209 of the Companies
Act 1955 or otherwise) as shall be just and for the costs of and
incidental to the petition was presented to the High Court on the
22nd day of November 1982 BY THE PACKAGE EXPRESS COMPANY
LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office
at Auckland and carrying on business as a holding company; and
that an amended petition was subsequently presented to the High
Court for orders:

(a) That William Keith Wakeman and/or Peter Keith Wakeman
purchase the shares of the petitioner in AIR CHARTER
CHRISTCHURCH LIMITED at the price for which the share
were purchased by the petitioner or at such other price as
may be just.

(b) That AIR CHARTER CHRISTCHURCH LIMITED purchase the
shares of the petitioner in AIR CHARTER CHRISTCHURCH
LIMITED at the price for which the shares were purchased
by the petitioner or at such price as may be just, and that
the company’s capital be reduced accordingly.

(c) That AIR CHARTER CHRISTCHURCH LIMITED be wound up by
the Court under the provisions of the Companies Act
1955.

(d) Or that such other order (whether under section 209 of the
Companies Act 1955 or otherwise) be made in the
premises as shall be just.

(e) Costs of and incidental to this petition and any order thereon;
and that the said amended petition is directed to be heard before
the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 11th day of May 1983, at
10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to support or oppose the making of any
order on the said amended petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy
of the amended petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy
on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL—SILVERPEAKS
COUNTY COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Wingatui
A (Gladstone Road) Urban Drainage Area, taken on the 15th day
of April 1983, on the proposal of the above-named local authority
to raise a loan of $114,000 to be known as the Wingatui A
(Gladstone Road) Sewerage Loan 1982, for the purpose of installing
a sewerage scheme in the Wingatui A (Gladstone Road) Urban
Drainage Area, resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 19
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 23
The number of informal votes was nil.

I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978,
notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale
Price for the sale held on the 21st day of April 1983 at Napier was
301.50 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government’s supplementary
minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the
specified percentage for supplementation will be 6.1 percent for all
wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from
and including the 21st day of April 1983, until midnight on the day
before the next auction sale to be held.

THE DANNEVIRKE AND DISTRICT SOLDIERS’
INSTITUTE DISSOLUTION BILL 1983

A PRIVATE BILL

  1. The promoters of this Bill are the Trustees of the Dannevirke
    and District Soldiers’ Institute (“The Institute”) namely:
    John Mills Dobson of Dannevirke, solicitor,
    Arthur Vivian Frederick Carr of Dannevirke, company
    director,
    Robert Arundel Simpson of Napier, auctioneer,
    Samuel Walter Ellingham of Napier, retired sheepfarmer, and
    Robert Arthur Dunbar of Auckland, retired.

  2. The promoters intend to present a petition to Parliament that
    the Bill be made law.

  3. The objects of the Bill are:
    (a) To dissolve the Institute;
    (b) To terminate the Trusts pursuant to which the trustees of the
    Institute hold certain real and personal property; and
    (c) To transfer all such real and personal property to the
    Dannevirke and District Returned Services Association
    (incorporated).

  4. Any persons desiring to communicate with or give notice to
