above-named company by the High Court was, on the 24th day of
March 1983, presented to the said Court by LEVI STRAUSS (NEW
ZEALAND) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its reg-
istered office at Auckland, and carrying on business as clothing
manufacturers and suppliers; and that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Palmerston North on the
11th day of May 1983, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any
