Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Forests Act 1949 (Sewerage Oxidation Ponds) in Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District and Block XII, Wangapeka Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated the 19th day of April 1982 and published in the Gazette, 29 April 1982, No. 48, at page 1437; declaring land acquired for the purposes of the Forests Act 1949 (sewerage oxidation ponds) in Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District and Block XII, Wangapeka Survey District, Waimea County by omitting the words—

“Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Forests Act 1949 (Sewerage Oxidation Ponds) in Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District and Block XII, Wangapeka Survey District, Waimea County.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Forests Act 1949 (sewerage oxidation ponds) on the 29th of April 1982.” and substituting the following:

“Land Acquired for a Public Utility, pursuant to the Forests Act 1949 in Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District and Block XII, Wangapeka Survey District, Waimea County.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a public utility pursuant to the Forests Act 1949, on the 29th of April 1982.”
