Special Conditions

  1. No person shall, on the waters of Lake Mahinapua, for the purpose of hunting or killing game, use any fixed stand, pontoon, hide, maimai, or loo, except within 45 metres from the margin of the lake waters.

Special Conditions

  1. Pursuant to the Wildlife Amendment Act 1981 and subject to the conditions of this notice, approval is given for persons to hunt or kill game from unmoored camouflaged rowboats within the Whangarei Acclimatisation District.
