PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, and Road
Stopped in Kaitieke, Tongariro and Ruapehu Survey Districts,
Taumarunui County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
3rd day of June 1982, and published in the Gazette of 10 June 1982,
No. 60, page 1809, declaring land to road and road closed in
Kaitieke, Tongariro and Ruapehu Survey Districts, Taumarunui
County, by omitting the area fifteen described in the Third
Schedule and substituting the following:

“4406 Part Okahukura 8E, situated in Block XIV, Tongariro
(1 0 14.2) Survey District; coloured blue, bordered blue on
S.O. Plan 27485.”
