The Traffic (Port Chalmers Borough) Notice No. 1, 1983

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Port Chalmers Borough) Notice No. 1, 1983.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The notice titled (Road Excluded From Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zone Declared) dated the 20th day of October 1964†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and 27 (2) (a) of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Port Chalmers Borough.

No. 88 State Highway (Dunedin - Port Chalmers): from the south-western boundary of Port Chalmers Borough to a point 50 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said highway from Wickliffe Terrace.

No. 88 State Highway (Dunedin - Port Chalmers): from a point 340 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said highway from Reeves Road to a point 50 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said highway from Wickliffe Terrace.

It is hereby notified for public information that Gazette notice 2665, Ag. 1547 (10 September 1982, No. 105, p. 2519) is amended and that further fee provisions are made for veterinary testing in cases where other than routine tests are required by the importing country.

AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE
