PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Tauranga County
Council on the 3rd day of March 1983.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped and Amalgamated in
Block X, Opotiki Survey District, Opotiki County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
13th day of August 1982, published in the Gazette, 26 August 1982,
No. 100, at page 2777, declaring road stopped and amalgamated in
Block X, Opotiki Survey District, Opotiki County, by omitting
from the heading the word “Amalgamated” and substituting the
word “Vested”, and further omitting from the notice the words
“shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3D/14
subject to the interest saving and excepting all minerals within the
meaning of the Land Act 1924 on or under the land and reserved
always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled
to the said minerals right of ingress egress and regress over
the land formerly contained in certificate of title 124/47, and the
right of way created by transfer 104183.” and substituting the words
“shall be vested in Russell Gerald Joblin of Opotiki, police con-
stable”.

Waikohu County Council

PURSUANT to section 124 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Min-
ister of Works and Development declares the road described in
the Schedule hereto shall, on or after the date hereof, be under the
control and management of The Waikohu County Council.
