Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in The City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Allotment 112, Wairoa Parish, shall vest in Trevor Douglas Simpson of Papakura, builder, and Patricia Anne Simpson, his wife, subject to mortgage No. 376243.2 and encumbrance No. 472000.1.

(ii) Allotment 113, Wairoa Parish, shall vest in Leonard George Alexander of Clevedon, farmer, subject to mortgage No. A163920 and encumbrance No. 472000.1.

(iii) Allotment 114, Wairoa Parish, shall vest in Trevor Douglas Simpson of Papakura, builder, and Patricia Anne Simpson, his wife, subject to mortgage No. 376243.2 and encumbrance No. 472000.1.
