Notice of Receipt of Application for an International Air Service Licence
PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Cathay Pacific Airways Limited of Hong Kong has applied for an International Air Service Licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail over the route Hong Kong - Port Moresby - Auckland. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Minister of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application, must forward those representations in writing, to reach me on or before 18 March 1983.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice
PURSUANT to section 112(4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that Laurence Gowan Young, M.B., CH.B. 1947, U. N.Z.; M.R.C.P. LOND. 1956; M.R.C.P. EDIN. 1956, of 8 Rushington Avenue, Papakura, Auckland, has notified the Minister that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits, on the terms provided for in section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964, and consequently he is entitled to recover any fees in respect of his professional services, as if that Act had not been passed.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that three integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the Proprietor of the following primary schools.
Marist School, Herne Bay.
St. Annes School, Manurewa.
St. Josephs School, Takapuna.
The said schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 with effect from 16 February 1983. Copies of the integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington and at regional offices.
Freshwater Fish Farm Provisional Licence (No. 2952, Ag. 9/4/33/2/10)
PURSUANT to regulation 6A of the Freshwater Fish Farming Regulations 1972*, a provisional licence has been granted to Waitaki Salmon Company Limited to establish a fresh-water fish farm for the raising of salmon of the species Oncorhynchus tshawytscha.

PURSUANT to section 69 and 94 of the Animals Act 1967, and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries, under section 10 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the said sections 69 and 94, the Director, Animal Health Division, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby gives notice that the woolmarking preparation set out in the Schedule hereto, a product of McGregor Greer Industries Ltd., Auckland, is approved for sale and general use in marking wool on sheep.
