Vesting of Reserve for Hospital Purposes in Southland Hospital Board

PURSUANT to section 68 of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Minister of Health, with the concurrence of the Minister of Lands, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a reserve under the Reserves Act 1977 for hospital purposes, to be vested in the Southland Hospital Board in fee simple for hospital purposes.
