PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that

Declaring an Easement in Gross for Soil Conservation and River
Control Purposes to be Acquired Over Land in Block VI, Waima
Survey District, Borough of Richmond

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, easements in gross (right of way
and right to drain water) are hereby acquired for soil conservation
and river control purposes vesting in the Nelson Catchment Board
and Richmond Borough Council (called the grantee) the right of
way over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such grant
being in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule of
the Land Transfer Act 1952, and the right to drain water over the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto, such grant being in
accordance with paragraph 3 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land
Transfer Act 1952.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2155 square metres, situated in
Block VI, Waima Survey District, being part Section 106, District
of Waima East; as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 12763, lodged

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Service Lane in
Block I, Otaghoua Survey District, Borough of Masterton

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 19th day of October 1982, and published in the Gazette, 28
October 1982, No. 124 at page 3553; declaring land acquired for a
service lane in Block I, Otaghoua Survey District, Borough of Mas-
terton, by omitting from the sixth line the following:

“No. 529.3 (CT 88/549).”

and substituting the following:

“No. 52913 (88/549).”
