Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XVI, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Joseph Charles Williams, of Hastings, and Helen Margaret Williams his wife, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence E1/1393, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board on the 24th day of February 1983.
