NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the joint liquidators of Sugar & Spice Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, do hereby fix the 31st day of January 1984, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of CARTER HOLT HOLDINGS LTD., a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Auckland:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 24th day of November 1983, confirming the reduction of the Share Premium Account of Carter Holt Holdings Limited by the sums of six million two hundred and ninety-three thousand three hundred and eighty-three dollars eighty cents ($6,293,386.80) and five million three hundred and eighteen thousand four hundred and sixty dollars ($5,318,460.00) (such sums being in addition to the sum of six million three hundred thousand dollars ($6,300,000.00) set free for distribution pursuant to an order of this Honourable Court made on 7th August 1975 and to the sum of three million seven hundred thousand dollars ($3,700,000.00) set free for distribution pursuant to an order of this Honourable Court made on 28th March 1980 and to the sum of twelve million nine hundred and ninety-seven thousand four hundred and twenty dollars eighty-seven cents ($12,997,420.87) set free for distribution pursuant to an order of this Honourable Court made on 15th March 1982) and the distribution of such amounts of $6,293,386.80 and $5,318,460.00 from the Share Premium Account; and the minute approved by the High Court showing with respect to the Share Premium Account as altered and the capital of the company the several particulars required by the Companies Act 1955 and by the Court were registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 8th day of December 1983. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“That the Share Premium Account of Carter Holt Holdings Limited, which is now in credit in the sum of $11,866,938.96 in the books of the company has by special resolutions of the company passed on the 22nd day of July 1983 and duly confirmed by an order of the High Court been reduced by $11,611,846.80 and $255,092.16 the said amount of $11,611,846.80 being set free for distribution in cash to the holders from time to time of the ordinary shares in the capital of the company at such intervals and by a series of payments of such amounts as the directors of the company shall from time to time determine. Notwithstanding the aforesaid special resolution the authorised capital of Carter Holt Holdings Limited is fifty million dollars ($50,000,000.00) divided into 50 000 000 ordinary shares of 50 cents each and 50 000 000 shares of 50 cents each of no classification the classification thereof to be determined at the time of issue thereof or as conditions of issue and the issued capital of the company is $32,255,129.00 divided into 64 510 258 ordinary shares of 50 cents each all of which are fully paid up.”
