Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Cromwell Borough Council on the third day of October 1983:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Cromwell Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, such land to remain subject to Lease No. 504332/1, shall be, and the same is hereby reserve within the meaning of the said Act.
