Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks VI and X, Mangaone Survey District, Ekatahuna County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and to be vested in the Ekatahuna County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area shall vest in Ross Alfred Rowden of Ekatahuna, contractor and Denise Rowden his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage No.’s 371725.4 and 371725.5.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 874 (Register Book 18D/397), subject to Memorandum of Mortgage No. 504933.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that area shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 69, folio 132, subject to Memoranda of Mortgage No.’s 371725.4 and 371725.5.

(e) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that area shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 874 (Register Book 18D/397), subject to Memorandum of Mortgage No. 504933.
