Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped, Road Stopped and
Amalgamated and Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Tahoraiti
Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The
Dannevirke County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the area secondly described (now known
as Section 26, Block II, Tahoraiti Survey District) shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 109/285,
subject to mortgage No. 390172.3 and consent certificate
419043.1;

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the
Third Schedule hereto to be taken, and declares that the
said area (now known as Section 28, Block II, Tahoraiti
Survey District) shall be vested in The Dannevirke County
