Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Alpha Street Recreation Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice—Cancellation of the Vesting in the Clutha County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve, Road Reserve, dated 15 October 1982 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 November 1982, No. 133, page 3713.
