(b) Pursuant to section 117(7) declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining land held for better utilisation by New Zealand Gazette, 1978, No. 6. at page 203.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block V, Waioneke Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 117(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the County of Rangitikei

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Rangitikei County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 7C/1444, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 449975.3 and 449975.4.

Declaring Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in the County of Kairanga

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Kairanga County Council on the 17th day of November 1983;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 48, folio 152;

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 16D/287, subject to memoranda of mortgage 408779.4, 485959.1, and 485959.2.
