Land Acquired in Connection With a Road and for the Mount Maunganui Branch Railway in the Borough of Mount Maunganui

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Mount Maunganui Branch Railway and further declares that the land described in the said First and Second Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the 17th day of November 1983.

Amending a Notice Stopping Road in Block VIII, Hokianga Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of August 1983 and published in the Gazette of 8 September 1983, No. 143, at page 2987, declaring road in Block VIII, Hokianga Survey District, to be a Government road and to be stopped pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
