PURSUANT to section 13 (2) of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1965, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Henderson, taken on 3 February, 1983 on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $1,350,000 to be known as the Henderson Centre Link Road Loan 1982 for the purpose of constructing a new road linking Edmonton Road, Ratanui Street and Great North Road, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 511
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 509
The number of informal votes was 1
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

The number of votes recorded against the proposal was: 40
The number of informal votes was: 1
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
