Pursuant to section 50 (2) (b) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Manukau City Boundary Alteration Notice 1983.

2. The boundaries of Manukau City are hereby altered by including within the said city, the two areas of land described in the Schedule hereto, being land reclaimed from the sea.

The Natural Gas Corporation, Kapuni Complex, Electric Lines Licence 1983

I, W. F. Birch, Minister of Energy, pursuant to section 21 of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby authorise the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited, hereinafter referred to as “the Licensee”, to lay, construct, put up, place or use the electric line described in the Schedule hereto. This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:

CONDITIONS

1. This licence may be cited as the “Natural Gas Corporation, Kapuni Complex, Electric Lines Licence 1983”.

2. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by regulation 10 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

3. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the Licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefore, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

4. The system of supply shall be an extra high voltage alternating current three phase system.

5. This licence shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1983 and shall continue in force for a period of 21 years from that date unless it is sooner lawfully determined.

6. The electric line which the licensee is authorised by this licence to erect and use for the purpose of transmission between its plants
