PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

Section 10, Block VII, Punakitere Survey District, shall vest in Colin Bennett Pinkney of Kaikohe, post office employee and Louise Pinkney his wife, subject to mortgages No. 897309.1, 672727.4, and 672727.5.
