Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in Blocks VI and X, Houhora East Survey District and Block XII, Muriwhenua Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of October 1982, published in the Gazette of 21 October 1982, No. 123, at page 3459, declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in Blocks VI and X, Houhora East Survey District and Block XII, Muriwhenua Survey District, Mangonui County, pursuant to sections 114, 116, and 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting the First Schedule of the notice and substituting the following schedule:
