PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of October 1983.
