PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First
Schedule to be road, and vested in The Hawke’s Bay
County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and
declares that—

(i) The area marked ‘C’ (now known as Section 5, Block
III, Matapiro Survey District) shall be amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title F4/49, subject to the right of
way in transfer No. 309912.2, mortgage No. 344800.2 and
consent certificate 411163.1:

(ii) The area marked ‘D’ (now known as Section 6, Block
III, Matapiro Survey District) shall be amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title H3/1392, subject to the right
of way in transfer No. 94450, fencing covenant in transfer
No. 37477, mortgage Nos. 370181.7, 370181.8, 370181.9,
and 386411.1:

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the
Third Schedule hereto to be taken, and declares that the
said area (now known as Section 4, Block III, Matapiro
Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title F4/49, subject to interests in (b) (i) above.
