Ag. 6/8/2/3)

PURSUANT to sections 69 and 94 of the Animal Act 1967 and to a
delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries,
under section 10 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act
1953, for the said sections 69 and 94, the Director, Animal Health
Division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby gives
notice that the wool marking preparations set out in the Schedule
hereto (products of ICI Tasman Limited, Upper Hutt) are approved
for sale and use in marking wool on sheep.

Prem 320 stock marker, Edicol Blue.
Prem 400 stock marker, Edicol Yellow.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road—Part
State Highway No. 1

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated
21 September 1983 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works
Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1
Oamaru to Kakanui section for half its width on the western side
across the frontage of Lot 1, D.P. 10703 (certificate of title 1C 853)
as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 70/3/86 and
accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer,
Ministry of Works and Development, Oamaru and there available
for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road—Part
State Highway No. 1

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated
21 September 1983 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works
Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1
Invercargill to Colyer Road section for half its width on the western
side commencing at the point of junction of the southern boundary
of part Section 32, Gravel Reserve (Gazette, 1869, p. 73) with the
highway and extending northwards for 100 metres across the frontage
of the said land as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA
73/35/87 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the
Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill
and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access
road.
