PURSUANT to section 42 (4) (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, and
sections 10, 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation
Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways
Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of
Railways hereby declares that the easement specified in Easement
Certificate No. 323359.2 and created by the operation of section
90A of the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby partially surrendered
to the extent that it shall no longer be appurtenant to the land

shall remain in full force and effect.
